Although I'm a new player, and have no even had a chance to log into the server yet, I've found that there are a few must haves for the server to prosper.

First off.. A list of things that should be added, and why they should be added.

An introduction thread in the general section.
An introduction thread is a must have because any new players who join will introduce themselves, and if everyone gives them a warm welcoming, there is a higher chance that they will stay.

An In-game Help thread, and a Forum Help thread.
Self explanatory, I was shocked to see you did not have any.

An application thread.
Seeing as everybody is applying for some sort of staff position, there should be an Application thread, with the sub-forums Admin, Moderator, Co - Owner.

A drop tracking thread.
A thread which you can make a list of drops that any given npc has, to help people understand the chance of getting a specific item from that specific npc.
E.g,

1 - bones
2 - bones
3 - dragon claws
3 - bones
5 - ashes
6 - bones

e.t.c.

A spam thread!
This is really needed, Not only for people to post in it, but when people post spam else where, the thread can be moved into the spam section, Post count should not go up when posted/moved in the spam section.

All of the threads I have suggested above should be added into the General Section.

A runescape section. (New section)

Under it should be things like..

Recent Announcements
For those people who are too lazy to actually go on the website and look it up.

A Black market section
Where people can sell there RS Items/cash for GP/items on here, also to sell accounts for GP on here.

A general topic
For anything runescape.

A RS Guides thread
Self explanatory.

Goals/Achievements thread
Also self Explanatory

PVP
To show off their loot, videos, and screenies.

New section.

Forgotten Password thread

Self explanatory, only staff member should see this thread.

A graphics section
 for people to show off there graphics, request signatures/avatars

An application Section
Seeing as everybody is applying for some sort of staff position, there should be an Application thread, with the sub-forums Admin, Moderator, Co - Owner.

Well, that's all I could think of, I hope some of these are added, or else this server may not do so well, Always remember, a Good Forum Community leads to a better In-game community.
