Server Hours

What are the server hours? I can never seem to connect! I havent even gotten a chance to play yet.  :'(

From what I believe, the server is down right now, we are doing some major updating e.t.c, we are working on a VPS right now with Hostgator, I will make an announcement when the server is up.
