Unless you are a staff member do not post a staff application format. And do not apply unless there is an application section.

i agree with rylee, Only admin/owners can do the mod\admin apps , and they realy need a forum for Apps

Although these questions are good questions to ask when looking to hire staff members, I'd leave it be, because you never know what kind of person the Owner is looking to hire.
